1. 1-Year Money-Back Guarantee

You have 365 days from the date of purchase to request a return and refund, no matter the reason. Whether you’re unsatisfied with the results or simply changed your mind, you are eligible for a full refund within this time frame.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be purchased directly from Alivin Nutra™ via Alivinnutra.com.
• You may return both opened and unopened bottles. However, refunds are limited to one opened bottle per product. Any additional bottles of the same product must be unopened and in their original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return and Refund

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Contact us to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Ship the Product Back: Once you receive your RA number, package the product(s) securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Products purchased from third-party retailers or websites (Only products purchased through Alivinnutra.com are eligible for returns).

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product. For all other returns, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with a product, you can return it under our 1-Year Money-Back Guarantee and place a new order for a different product.

8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only available for purchases made through Alivinnutra.com. We do not process refunds for products purchased through third-party retailers, including online marketplaces.
